We do our best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if your item shows up damaged (we’re talking broken or defective — not just a squished box), let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at hello@earlyfe.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll let you know if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note: We can't replace or refund items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or after long-term use.
We do everything we can to get your package to you on time, but once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, things like delays or lost packages are out of our control. If you run into issues with delivery, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
